How credits work
Packs add credits to your balance. One HD (720p) video uses 10 credits. Credits are only taken when a video starts, and they never expire.
Refunds
Failed videos are refunded to your credits automatically; a finished video that fails the safety check is not. If your face clearly didn’t come through, email us within 7 days for one more try. Unused packs can be refunded within 7 days. Details are in the refund policy.

How much does a Window Peeper AI video cost?
One 14-second HD video costs $6.99. Packs bring it down: $6.99 for 1 HD video, $16.99 for 3, $24.99 for 5, so $5.00 a video in the 5-video pack.
Is there a subscription?
No. Every pack is a one-time payment. Nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel.
What happens if a video fails?
If a generation fails or times out, the credits go straight back to your balance. You do not need to ask. A finished video that fails the safety check keeps its credits.
What if my video doesn’t look like me?
Email us within 7 days with the video link. If your face clearly didn’t come through, we add the credits back once so you can try again.
Can I get my money back?
A pack you haven’t used any credits from can be refunded within 7 days. A finished video that is clearly broken is refunded as credits or money if you email us within 7 days.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire, so unused ones stay in your balance.
Which payment methods do you take?
Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, through our merchant of record, Waffo, which also handles sales tax and receipts.
