How Window Peeper AI Video collects, uses and protects your data, including your photos.

What we collect
- Account data: your email, name and profile image from sign-in.
- Photos you submit: the photo you upload, used to make your video.
- Generated videos: the videos created for you.
- Payment data: handled by Waffo, our merchant of record. We receive the order status and email, never your full card number.
- Usage and device data: pages visited, basic device and browser info, and IP address for security and rate limiting.
- First-visit source: a
first_touchcookie (90 days) and first-party cookies for UTM tags and the referring site record how you first found us (the source, campaign, referring site and first page), so we can tell which channels work. They are attached to your account when you sign up or start a checkout.
How we use it
- To create and deliver your videos.
- To run automated safety checks on photos and videos.
- To process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, and provide support.
- To improve the site using aggregated analytics.
We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models, and we do not sell your personal data.
Who processes it
- Video generation: your photo and the scene’s reference media are sent to our AI video provider (kie.ai, which runs Kling 4.0 in edit mode) to put the person in your photo in place of the AI-made actor in our template video. The template was made once from AI-generated people and scenes; no user photos went into it.
- Storage: finished videos are stored in Cloudflare R2 and served to you through our site.
- Safety checks: photos and videos are checked by our moderation provider (SeeAPI).
- Hosting: Cloudflare (servers, database).
- Payments: Waffo.
- Analytics: pvuv.ai (visit counts and traffic sources).
These providers process data only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded photos are stored in our Cloudflare R2 storage for up to 2 days, where our video and moderation providers fetch them through a short-lived private link, and are then deleted automatically. Our records keep only a link and a fingerprint used to prevent duplicate uploads.
- Generated videos are deleted automatically after 14 days.
- Account and order records are kept while your account is active and as required for tax and accounting.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to delete your account, by emailing contact@window-peeper-ai-video.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have additional rights, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The service is not for anyone under 18, and photos of minors are not allowed.
