These terms govern your use of Window Peeper AI Video (“we”, “the service”) at window-peeper-ai-video.com. By creating an account or generating a video you agree to them.
The service
We turn a photo you upload into an AI-generated video of the Window Peeper trend. The video is our own template of the window clip (a night push-in on a lit window, a burger, the stare and the curtain) with the person in your photo in the actor’s place, delivered silent. Results are produced by third-party AI models and vary; we can’t guarantee a particular look, likeness, motion or lip-sync.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Your content and permissions
You keep the rights to the photos you upload. You confirm that you own them or have permission from everyone shown, and that your use follows our Acceptable Use Policy. You give us a limited licence to process your photos only to create, store and deliver your videos and keep the service safe.
Your videos
Subject to these terms, you may download, share and post the videos you make for personal, non-commercial use. Label them as AI-generated where platforms allow.
Videos come without audio. The trend’s sound belongs to its rights holders and lives on TikTok; add it there under TikTok’s own music rules. We may remove a video when a rights holder asks.
Credits and payments
Credits are sold as one-time packs through our payment partner and merchant of record, Waffo, which handles billing, taxes and receipts. Prices are shown before checkout. Credits do not expire and have no cash value. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Safety and moderation
We automatically review photos and videos and may block, refuse or remove content, and suspend accounts, that break these terms. A finished video that fails the safety check is not delivered and keeps the credits it cost, because it was already made; if you think the check was wrong, contact us and we will review it.
Not affiliated
Window Peeper AI Video is an independent, fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, CapCut, the template makers, the creators of the viral window clips or anyone shown in them, or the makers of the AI models. Names are used only to describe the trend.
Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is”. We may change features, prices or these terms; material changes take effect when posted here. Generated videos are stored for about 14 days — download anything you want to keep.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
